Services Overview 

MARC Salon Furniture specializes in the manufacturing, supply, and delivery of premium salon furniture and equipment for salons, spas, beauty studios, grooming centers, and related commercial establishments. Our product range includes Salon chairs, Salon beds, Salon accessories, SPA Furniture, Pedicure & Manicure Stations, Slimming Machines, Shampoo Stations, Beauty Machines, Hair Tools, Nail Tables, and Mirrors. Product specifications, dimensions, finishes, colors, and customization details are discussed and finalized directly with customers before order confirmation.

All products are manufactured according to the approved order specifications and customer requirements. Manufacturing starts based on the proforma invoice, therefore, kindly check the proforma invoice carefully for fabric, model, color, and quilting design. 

 

Order Confirmation and Manufacturing Timeline

Orders will be considered confirmed only after the finalization of product specifications, customer approval, and receipt of the applicable advance payment or agreed payment commitment, wherever applicable.

After order confirmation, the standard manufacturing timeline is approximately 15–20 working days. The timeline may vary depending on the quantity ordered, customization requirements, availability of raw materials, transportation conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. MARC Salon Furniture will make every reasonable effort to complete manufacturing and dispatch within the committed timeline. However, delays caused due to events beyond our control shall not result in any liability or compensation claims.

 

Delivery Policy

MARC Salon Furniture provides delivery services across India. Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and site access information to avoid delays or failed deliveries. Any additional transportation, handling, storage, or re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Unloading of trucks or shipping containers upon delivery is not provided by MARC Salon Furniture and remains the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, customization requirements, transport schedules, weather conditions, local restrictions, and unforeseen operational delays. Customers are advised to inspect all products carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues should be reported immediately upon receipt.  

 

Pricing and Payments

All prices communicated by MARC Salon Furniture are subject to change without prior notice unless specifically agreed in writing. Product prices may vary depending on material selection, product dimensions, design customization, quantity ordered, and transportation or installation requirements. Applicable taxes, transportation costs, handling charges, and installation charges, if any, may be charged additionally unless otherwise specified. Customers agree to complete all payments as per the agreed payment schedule. Delay in payments may result in delays in manufacturing, dispatch, installation, or order processing.

MARC Salon Furniture reserves the right to withhold dispatch or installation until outstanding payments are cleared.

 

Product Customization

Many MARC Salon Furniture products are manufactured based on customer-specific requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, including dimensions, colors, materials, finishes, and layouts before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any modification requests after confirmation may lead to additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

Minor variations in texture, finish, grain patterns, upholstery shades, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of materials and manufacturing processes. Such variations shall not be considered defects. 

 

Warranty Policy

MARC Salon Furniture provides a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects arising from workmanship or manufacturing faults under normal commercial use conditions.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidents, exposure to water, fire, chemicals, environmental conditions, upholstery wear, scratches, dents, fading, stains, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage caused during relocation, or electrical issues arising from improper voltage or external factors.

Warranty claims will be reviewed by our team, and MARC Salon Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or inspect the product before approving any claim. Customers must retain purchase invoices and order details for warranty support. 

Note: Showers, mixers & waste pipes are not under warranty.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate personal, business, billing, and delivery information, ensure sufficient space and site readiness for product installation or placement, verify product dimensions before confirming orders, and cooperate during delivery and installation processes.

MARC Salon Furniture shall not be responsible for installation difficulties arising due to inadequate space, improper flooring, inaccessible locations, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As most products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, cancellations after confirmation may not be accepted. In cases where cancellation requests are approved, deductions may apply for manufacturing costs already incurred, material procurement, design and customization work, and transportation or handling expenses. Refund timelines, where applicable, will depend on internal processing procedures. MARC Salon Furniture reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once production has commenced.

 

Limitation of Liability

MARC Salon Furniture shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, business interruptions, loss of profits or commercial opportunities, delays caused by transportation providers or external agencies, or damages arising from improper use or maintenance of products. Customers are advised to follow all usage and maintenance instructions provided by the company. 

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, product concepts, layouts, images, branding elements, logos, catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials belonging to MARC Salon Furniture remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No customer, business, or third party may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any material without prior written permission from MARC Salon Furniture. 

 

Product Representation

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, finishes, and materials are accurately communicated during consultations and presentations.

However, slight variations in color, polish, texture, upholstery, or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, raw material availability, screen display differences, or manufacturing processes. Such variations shall not be treated as defects or grounds for rejection.

For proprietary and quality control reasons, images of products taken during the manufacturing stage are not permitted.

 

Force Majeure

MARC Salon Furniture shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, labor shortages, fire, accidents, pandemic-related disruptions, or raw material shortages. In such situations, delivery and manufacturing timelines may be extended accordingly.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases, services, manufacturing, delivery, or business transactions with MARC Salon Furniture shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings.

 

Modification of Terms

MARC Salon Furniture reserves the right to revise, modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Customers are advised to review the latest version of the Terms & Conditions before confirming any order or engaging with our services.

Continued business engagement with MARC Salon Furniture shall be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
